1.1. Welcome to LuaPOS ("Site"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this Site to understand your legal rights and obligations with respect to LuaPOS (hereinafter collectively referred to as "LuaPOS", "we", "us", or "our"). The services we provide or make available include (a) the Site, (b) the services provided by the Site for LuaPOS customers, (c) all information, links, features, data, text, images, charts, music, sound, video, messages, tags, content, programs, software, application services (any mobile application services) and other materials available on the Site or related services ("Content"). Any new features added shall be subject to these Terms of Service.
1.2. LuaPOS provides services on an online platform. For the sale of goods and/or services between buyers ("Buyers") and sellers ("Sellers"), LuaPOS is not a party to that agreement and shall not be liable for any obligations related to the contract or agreement between the parties.
1.3. Before becoming a member of the Site, you must read and accept all terms and conditions set forth in/related to these Terms of Service and LuaPOS's Privacy Policy.
1.4. LuaPOS reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue this Site or all or part of its Services at any time without notice or liability.
1.5. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services or access the Site. If you are under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must get approval from a parent or legal guardian to open an account.

2.1. LuaPOS takes user privacy seriously. We provide a Privacy Policy to explain our privacy practices in detail. By using the Services or agreeing to these Terms of Service, you allow LuaPOS to collect, store, use, disclose, or process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
2.2. Users in possession of another User's personal data through the use of the Services agree to comply with all applicable personal data protection laws.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1. LuaPOS grants Users a limited right to access and use the Services subject to these Terms. All content, trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Site are the property of LuaPOS and/or third parties. You may not copy, distribute, republish, transmit, publicly display, modify, sell, or create derivative works without prior written consent from LuaPOS.
4. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
4.1. Some functions of our Services require registration of an Account by selecting a unique User ID and password.
4.2. You agree to (a) keep your password confidential and only use your User ID and password when logging in, (b) log out of your account at the end of each session, and (c) immediately notify LuaPOS of any unauthorized use of your Account.
4.3. LuaPOS may, for any reason, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability, terminate your Account and User ID, and remove or discard any associated content.
5. TERMS OF USE
5.1. The license to use the Site and Services is effective until terminated.
5.2. Users may not: upload unlawful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content; use the Services to impersonate others; forge headers to disguise the origin of content; remove any proprietary notices; cause modifications or derivative works without permission; use the Services for fraudulent purposes; interfere with other users' accounts; attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the Services; or upload materials containing software viruses.
5.3. Users are solely responsible for all content they publicly post or privately transmit.
5.4. LuaPOS reserves the right to screen, refuse, delete, remove, or move any content available on the Site.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. The Services are provided "as is" and without any warranties, claims, or representations by LuaPOS of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2. In no event shall LuaPOS be liable whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or any other form of liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
7. DISPUTES
LuaPOS encourages Users to communicate with each other in the event of transaction issues. As LuaPOS only provides a platform, Buyers should contact Sellers directly for issues with purchased goods/services.
